Sundowner Festival Dog Show

Saturday 27th April @ Robert’s Park, Saltaire

We’re back at the immensely popular Sundowner Festival, Saltaire! This year we’re getting tails wagging with our first ever Sundowner Mini Dog Show! Join us for some family and doggo fun in the afternoon and stick around til later for the music and light show.

Furry Friends Open Day

Monday 6th May @ RSPCA Animal Centre, Wade Street

Join us as we swing open the doors of our Centre and invite you, our fantastic supporters to come and see behind the scenes! Meet some of our animal residents, play on our stalls, games, enjoy food, treats, music and celebrate our fantastic furry friends!

Hebden’s Happy Hounds

Organised by Hebden Royd Town Council, promoting responsible dog ownership, encouraging good behaviour in our shared spaces and highlighting the incredible ways that dogs can be part of our society!

Scratching Post Challenge 2024

The SPC is back this year, but we’re going even bigger with the 36 metre outdoor wall! This challenge is definitely not for the faint hearted!

One Fun Day Live Stream Pet Show

We’re joining in with the National RSPCA’s One Fun Day 200th anniversary celebrations with our LIVE stream pet show! Tune in to watch the madness unfold as we challenge our staff to ridiculous tasks, meet some of with four-legged residents and of course see if your photo submission has won in our Virtual Pet Show!

K9 Party In The Park 2024

Sunday 4th July sees the return of our ‘RSPCA K9 Party in the Park’ 2024! With free entry (but donations welcome!) into the park and the party, this is one event not to be sniffed at! Featuring our 21-class fun dog show, agility, stalls, food, games and more… Plus, it’s bigger and better than ever before! EEK!

Harold Park Gala

Yorkshire Day Gala

Virtual Cat Show

This August we’re celebrating all things feline and kicking off the month with our annual Virtual Cat Show! Entries can be submitted from August 8th and we’ll be hosting a live stream event directly from our Animal Centre announcing our winners!

Beaumont Barks

Join us for a day of barking good fun as we host our annual Beaumont Barks dog show in the beautiful settings of Huddersfield’s’ Beaumont Park! With special thanks to Friends of Beaumont Park for all their support and providing the refreshment on the day too!

Elland Vintage Fair & Dog Show

We’re back at the fantastic Elland Vintage Fair & Car Show this September! Come and join our 10 class fun dog show and see if you and your doggo can take home an official RSPCA rosette! See you soon.

Animal Blessing Service, Halifax

Sunday 6th October – 2-3pm @ Halifax Minster

All creatures great and small are invited to join us at our annual Animal Blessing Service! This beautiful and unique service is such a special event in our calendar with all donations made on the day split 50/50 between our local RSPCA and the beautiful Minster itself.

Kit-Tea Party

Sunday 3rd November – 11 & 1pm @ Maurice Jagger Centre

Our ever popular Kit-Tea Party is back with very limited tickets available! Attendees can enjoy a delicious afternoon tea with a personal tour of our cattery to meet our feline residents. With plenty more treats and fun along the way! Book now to avoid disappointment, it’s certain to sell out!

Christmas Fair & Open Day

Sunday 1st December – 12-3pm @ RSPCA Wade Street Centre

We’ll be opening the doors of our Centre to welcome in the festive season and all of our lovely supporters! Expect Mulled Wine, Music, Gifts, Sweet Treats, Home Produce, Games, Selfies with Santa and a fabulous Raffle! All to help raise vital funds for our furry friends looking for homes this Christmas.
