ByramStreetis one of our 3 Huddersfield Charity Shops . We opened on the 20th of June 2014. The shop has displays over 3 floors with a specialist Bridal area and Vintage display on the mezzanine, Furniture and electrical items on the upper ground floor and ladies wear, mens wear, shoes and other items on the ground floor.
We aim to provide the kind of shop that offers something for everyone, with shelves and rails brimming with everything you'd expect to find in a charity shop and hopefully a few things you might not!
Andrea Hobson is our shop manager, Andrea and her team are always happy to help you in any way they can.
We're always looking for new volunteers to help us in our important work raising funds for our local animals in need and welcome donations of all shapes and sizes!
So next time you're in Huddersfield, please pop in and say hello!
We are always looking for new volunteers to join our team. Would you consider donating some of your valuable time to help us and the animals we care for? You can be sure of a warm welcome at Byram Street - just phone Andrea or Michael for a chat abotu how you can help!
To volunteer at our shop, please download our Application Form
Do you know that many of the charity bags that are posted to you only give the charity a small percentage of the total value? Sometimes as little as 10%!! If you want to donate, please bring your items to our shop - that way ALL of what you give goes towards the care of the animals at the RSPCA Halifax, Huddersfield, Bradford & District Branch.
We espeacially need clothes, handbags, shoes, bric a brac and other house hold items. We also accept unwanted electrical items that are still working and furniture. Larger items of furniture can be collected free by contacting our King Cross shop on 01422 362 461. Nothing goes to waste with us - if it can't be sold we will recycle it!
We gratefully accept all donations (even rags) but we are especially interested in bric-a-brac and glassware. Remember - just because YOU don't like it, doesn't mean that others won't LOVE it!
