If you have ever considered volunteering for the RSPCA Halifax, Huddersfield, Bradford & District branch, perhaps you have skills to become a trustee? This RSPCA branch is a separately registered, local charity and its operation is overseen by an independent board of trustees responsible for the governance and effectiveness of the branch.

We are looking for individuals to bring a wealth of varied skills and experience to our board, especially if you have a background or interest in any of the following:

Project management;  people management and communication;  legal knowledge particularly with contracts or HR legislation; accountancy or audit; risk assessment; public service;  IT; retail management; business management and/or development; fundraising and income generation.

There are many reasons why people choose to become a Trustee, here are a few articles about Trusteeship that may help you make your decision!
