The infamous Tough Mudder event came to Yorkshire on the 25th July, and we were so lucky that these courageous supporters chose to take on the challenge, whilst fundraising for the RSPCA Halifax, Huddersfield & Bradford Branch!
With up to 15km of obstacles including “Mud Mile”, “Electric Eel”, “Cage Crawl” and the mighty “Mudderhorn” – Tough Mudder isn’t a challenge for the fainthearted and every single one of our Tough Mudders absolutely smashed it – they were even all still smiling at the end!
With enormous thanks to Matt from The Yorkshire Vet, Joe and Alice from Donaldon’s, Danny, Anne and Sylwia from Eaton-Smith Solicitors, Kirsty and Laura from Intact Insurance, and Kirri Cribb for their heroic efforts and for choosing our local self-funded branch of the RSPCA to raise funds for.
Together they raised a staggering £2610 for us, and we couldn’t be more thankful! With us now reaching the halfway point of our Really Big Refurb project to overhaul our Wade St animal centre, every penny raised truly helps us to secure a better future for local animals in need.
