Brighouse is buzzing with activity this weekend, and the RSPCA Halifax, Huddersfield & District Branch will be right in the heart of it with two exciting events!
Brighouse 1940s Weekend
On Saturday and Sunday (June 7–8), the streets of Brighouse will be transformed into a 1940s-themed celebration filled with vintage vehicles, live music, re-enactments, and much more. Among the many attractions, be sure to stop by the RSPCA Halifax, Huddersfield & District Branch stall. Why not have a go on the tombola or lucky dip, and browse some of the great dog and cat products we’ll be being along.
Whether you’re enjoying the entertainment, entering the best-dressed competition, or browsing the vintage stalls, swing by and say hello—the RSPCA team would love to see you!
🧗 Scratching Post Challenge – June 7th at ROKT
Looking for adventure? Join the RSPCA team on Saturday, June 7th, at ROKT in Brighouse for the Scratching Post Challenge. Brave climbers will take on the tallest outdoor climbing wall in the UK—120 feet of adrenaline—all in support of animals in need.
If climbing’s not your thing, you can still show your support by donating or cheering participants on, especially Matt from the Yorkshire Vet who is stepping up to the climb! Every penny raised goes toward vital animal care during the busy kitten season.
