Celebrating Our Small Furries: A Successful Day at the Animal Centre!
Over the bank holiday weekend, we opened the doors to our Animal Centre for a special celebration dedicated to our smallest furry friends — and what a fantastic day it was!
Families, animal lovers, and supporters from the local community joined us for a day filled with games, stalls, and heart-warming moments. The stars of the show were, of course, our adorable animals looking for their forever homes. Guests had the unique opportunity to meet some of our rabbits, guinea pigs, and other small pets currently in our care — and many fell in love on the spot!
Thanks to the generosity of everyone who attended and supported us, we’re thrilled to share that we raised £800 — all of which will go directly toward the care and rehoming of our animals.
The day was filled with laughter, sunshine, and smiles — from kids enjoying family-friendly activities to supporters chatting with our dedicated staff and volunteers. Our stalls were bustling, the games were a hit, and the sense of community was truly heart-warming.
A huge thank you to everyone who came along, donated, or helped spread the word. Every pound raised and every moment shared helps us move closer to finding loving homes for all the animals in our care.
