Last Monday, the Kirklees & Calderdale Junior Lawyers Division hosted a fantastic fundraising evening in support of our work as their partner charity of the year. The event was a huge success, filled with laughter, friendly rivalry, and plenty of community spirit.
Guests took part in a fiercely competitive ping-pong tournament, while others tried their luck with the raffle and tombola. Thanks to entry donations for the tournament, raffle ticket sales, and the ever-popular tombola, an amazing £300 was raised on the night — all of which will go directly toward helping local animals in need.
We are so grateful for K&C JLD’s continued enthusiasm and support. From their sponsored dog walk, to hosting a virtual office pet, and now this brilliant ping-pong fundraiser, their passion for animal welfare truly shines through.
