We’re thrilled to share that our very first collaboration with Walkies in West Yorkshire was a fantastic success! Shibden Park came alive on Sunday as dozens of dogs and their owners joined us for a fun-filled sponsored walk in support of our cause.
Thanks to your incredible support, we’ve already raised £440 through sponsorships and ticket sales — with even more donations still coming in!
A heartfelt thank you goes out to everyone (two-legged and four!) who took part and went the extra mile to gather sponsorships. Your generosity and enthusiasm have made a real impact, and the funds raised will go a long way in supporting our Really Big ReFURb — the most ambitious project the RSPCA Halifax, Huddersfield & Bradford Branch has ever undertaken to improve the lives of animals in our care.
We’d also like to extend a special thank you to Walkies in West Yorkshire, and of course Lucy (and Charlie and Daisy!), for partnering with us on this fantastic event. We truly value your support and look forward to many more collaborations in the future.
