Veloxa chewable worm tablet pack 2. Veloxa is a broad spectrum dewormer for the treatment of intestinal worms in dogs and puppies. It is effective against roundworms, hookworm, tapeworm and whpworms. Beef flavour contains febantel, pyrantel and praziquantel. It is recommended to worm dogs every 3 months, however more frequent treatement may be needed depending on the dogs age and lifestyle. Suitable for dogs who weigh over 2.5kg and is suitable during lactation. Dosage is the following; 2.5-5kg- 1/2 tablet needed, 5-10kg – 1 tablet needed, 10-15kg – 1.5 tablet, 15-20kg – 2 tablets needed, 20-25kg – 2.5 tablets needed, 25-30kg – 3 tablets needed
