Thank you to Year 2 at St Joseph’s Brighouse for raising £725!

We recently visited Year 2 at St Joseph’s Catholic Primary Academy in Brighouse, to hear all about their incredible fundraising efforts this school year.

After choosing us as their class charity, the children were given a fundraising challenge and between them, raised a staggering £725! With the children carrying out activities such as bake sales, washing cars, helping with cleaning, and more, we were so impressed by their hard work and innovation to help raise money for our branch.

During our visit, we also had the chance to talk about the work of the national RSPCA and our branch to understand how the money raised will help us. We talked about how to check our pets to make sure that they are healthy and when they might need to visit the vets, and there were lots of wonderful questions asked too.

The money raised will help us to continue helping animals in our area – so thank you SO much Year 2 at St Joseph’s, Brighouse!
