Can you help us with Mia’s treatment costs?

??? ??? ???? ?? ???? ???’? ????????? ?????? ???? ?? ?? ???? ??? ??? ?????…

Mia originally arrived in our care back in 2015, after being found abandoned in a cat carrier at a bus stop. Fortunately, Mia found a loving home very quickly …but has now found herself back in our care, 6 years later, due to no fault of her original adopter.

Just to make things harder for this Tortie Sweetheart, Mia has been recently diagnosed with Diabetes whilst in our care and needed urgent Glucose Curve Tests at a cost of over £385 to the charity. She will now require regular injections of insulin for the rest of her life …but we’re pleased to report that Mia’s Glucose levels are stable and she’s doing really well under the care of our awesome Animal Centre Team!

Mia is such a little sweetheart and is even an A* student at receiving her insulin injections – she never kicks up a fuss… which thankfully makes her treatment nice and easy. She’s a very affectionate cat and loves to give lots of head bumps and purrs when she’s not enjoying a good snooze in her comfy bed!

We would be so grateful for any contributions towards Mia’s testing and treatment costs, if you’d like to donate you can do so by visiting our Facebook page and donating on Mia’s post or through our website and letting us know your reason for donating – Make A Donation – RSPCA Halifax, Huddersfield, Bradford District Branch (rspcahalifaxhuddersfieldbradford.org.uk)

We’d love to find Mia the forever home she deserves so much and to help prospective adopters with her ongoing treatment costs, she is now eligible to be adopted under our ‘Elderly Animal Rehoming Scheme’ – which will subsidise costs significantly for anyone wanting to give Mia a home, along with providing tons of other great benefits too! To fill in an adoption application form for Mia or to find out more about our Elderly Animal Rehoming Scheme visit: Elderly Animal Rehoming Scheme – RSPCA Halifax, Huddersfield, Bradford District Branch (rspcahalifaxhuddersfieldbradford.org.uk)

Thank you for your support!
